Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Care Executives for a chat support role. In this position, you will assist customers through chat, resolve queries, and provide accurate information.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via chat
- Provide clear and accurate responses
- Maintain professional written communication
- Meet quality and productivity targets
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Basic computer skills
Work Schedule:
- 9.5-hour shift (including breaks)
- 5 days per week
- Rotational shifts and week offs
