Job Overview
Studio SB is looking for an experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site execution and ensure interior projects are completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, timelines, and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily interior site activities and execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other vendors.
- Read and interpret interior drawings, layouts, BOQs, and specifications.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and design requirements.
- Monitor material requirements, deliveries, usage, and wastage.
- Plan and monitor daily work schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections and address quality or execution issues.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Maintain site measurements, progress reports, and daily work records.
- Ensure proper site safety, cleanliness, and housekeeping.
- Identify and resolve day-to-day site-related issues effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in interior site supervision or interior project execution.
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-outs, carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand technical and interior drawings.
- Good knowledge of interior materials, measurements, and execution processes.
- Strong contractor and vendor coordination skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to work on-site across Mumbai.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
