Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate between Sales, Pre-Sales, Technical, and Delivery teams
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and techno-commercial documents for hotels and hospitality clients
- Maintain CRM records and track leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline
- Follow up with hotel clients , System Integrators - regarding demos, proposals, contracts, and closures
- Schedule and coordinate product demos and introductory meetings with new prospect clients
- Ensure proper documentation of contracts and purchase orders
- Monitor order processing with finance teams.
- Support account managers in upselling and cross-selling activities
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, IT, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in IT sales coordination or hospitality technology sales
- Basic understanding of hotel operations (Front Office, Reservations, F&B, Revenue Management)
- Familiarity with hospitality software solutions
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Experience using CRM tools

- Ability to understand both technical and operational hotel requirements

- Attention to documentation and compliance
- Ability to manage multiple hotel accounts simultaneously
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with hotel chains, resorts, or hospitality groups
- Exposure to SaaS-based hospitality products
- Understanding of integrations with OTAs and payment gateways
- Knowledge of subscription-based business models
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
