Key Responsibilities:
✔ CV sourcing through Job Portals, LinkedIn, References & Social Media
✔ Screening & shortlisting candidates
✔ Conducting telephonic interviews
✔ Interview coordination with clients & candidates
✔ Maintaining recruitment database & trackers
✔ Follow-up for interviews & joining formalities
✔ Understanding client requirements & delivering suitable profiles
