Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive solutions that span multiple disciplines. The role focuses on integrating various components within the ecosystem to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. Daily activities include executing continuous testing processes that cover security, application programming interfaces, and regression testing. The position also involves developing and maintaining automation strategies and scripts, configuring data and environments, and actively engaging in code reviews. Monitoring and reporting defects are key tasks that contribute to ongoing improvements in the testing workflow, ensuring robust and reliable software delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of quality solutions.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to support continuous testing efforts.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed feedback to development teams for prompt resolution.
- Assist in the configuration and management of test environments and data to support various testing scenarios.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
- Strong knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages relevant to test automation.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
- Familiarity with security testing practices and API testing methodologies.
- Ability to analyze and interpret test results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance best practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
