We are a franchise of a plant-based supplement brand, committed to helping people achieve better health through scientifically backed, natural nutrition. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to join our team.
Following are the key responsibilities:
1. Greeting customers warmly
2. Explaining product benefits
3. Handling billing & CRM entries
4. Maintaining shelves, displays and hygiene
5. Supporting workshops & camps
6. Ensuring customer follow-up
Eligibility
- Graduate in any stream.
- Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (knowledge of English will be an added advantage).
- Friendly personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, client relationship, sales, or retail is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
