Position: Showroom Sales Advisor
Salary: 16,000 – 22,000/month + Attractive Incentives
Experience: Minimum 1 year in retail sales
Education: Higher Secondary (+2) or any Graduate degree
About the Role:
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers find the right products, driving sales, and delivering a superior shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet shoppers, answer inquiries, and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Consistently hit individual and store sales targets while leveraging upselling opportunities.
- Handle customer billing and process point-of-sale (POS) transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Keep product displays full, well-organized, visually appealing, and properly stocked.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Maintain a clean, inviting, and safe retail environment.
- Partner with colleagues to maintain high service standards across the floor.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
