About the Opportunity
We are hiring for a fast-growing climate-tech company developing next-generation industrial energy systems. The organisation is transitioning from R&D to commercial deployment and is looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Assembly Engineer to support the assembly and integration of complex process systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Source components and coordinate with vendors for parts and materials
- Manage incoming quality checks and component inspections
- Assemble and integrate piping systems around pressure vessels
- Install and support integration of heat exchangers, controls, and instrumentation
- Supervise and guide a team of technicians, welders, and pipe fitters on-site
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure timely execution
- Troubleshoot assembly and installation issues during project execution.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing assembly, plant construction, commissioning, or industrial projects
- Hands-on experience with piping systems, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and process controls
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Power Plants, EPC, Process Manufacturing, or related industries
- Ability to lead and manage a small on-site technical team
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Diploma holders with strong practical experience are encouraged to apply
Compensation
