- Identify and visit independent workshops across assigned Delhi clusters.
- Support workshop universe creation, outlet mapping and A/B/C classification.
- Capture workshop details, current lubricant brand usage, purchase behaviour and payment behaviour.
- Conduct first-level approach and interest testing with workshop owners/mechanics.
- Qualify outlets as hot, warm or cold based on offer receptivity.
- Share market feedback, objections and workshop expectations.
- Facilitate follow-ups, commercial query routing and first-order intent coordination.
- Maintain daily visit reports, funnel trackers and field updates as per the reporting format.
- The candidate should ideally have prior experience in automotive aftermarket,
- lubricants, spare parts, tyres, batteries, field sales/channel development.
- Existing exposure to workshops, mechanics, retailers or distributor-led markets would be preferred.
Candidate expectations:
- Strong field orientation and willingness to travel daily within Delhi/NCR.
- Good local market understanding.
- Ability to speak confidently with workshop owners and mechanics.
- Basic understanding of sales funnel, lead qualification and daily reporting.
- Smartphone usage and comfort with Excel/Google Sheets/WhatsApp reporting.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
- Hindi fluency is required; basic English understanding is preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
