Position: TGT – Social Science (SST)
MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul School, Loni, invites applications from qualified, passionate, and experienced candidates for the position of Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – Social Science (SST).
Job Responsibilities:
- Teach Social Science subjects, including History, Geography, Civics, and Economics, as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessment materials.
- Deliver engaging and interactive classroom sessions using innovative teaching methodologies.
- Assess and evaluate students' academic performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Organize and participate in academic activities, projects, exhibitions, and school events.
- Maintain academic records, attendance, and progress reports.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' academic progress and development.
- Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and other school activities.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Social Science subjects (History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, or related field) from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.
Experience:
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in CBSE/State Board schools preferred.
Skills Required:
- Strong subject knowledge in Social Science.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Effective classroom management abilities.
- Proficiency in educational technology and digital teaching tools.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Preference:
- Candidates residing near Loni will be preferred.
