Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reflective BEE Teacher to join our Middle School team. The teacher will facilitate engaging learning experiences in Business, Enterprise and Economics, enabling students to understand how businesses, markets and economies work and how these concepts influence the world around them.

- Connect classroom concepts to real-world situations, current affairs and everyday experiences to make learning meaningful and relevant.
- Encourage students to think critically, ask questions, analyse information and consider different perspectives.
- Create opportunities for students to explore entrepreneurial thinking through problem-solving, ideation, innovation and enterprise-based projects.
- Use inquiry, discussion, case studies, simulations, projects and experiential learning to deepen conceptual understanding.
- Support students in developing skills such as communication, collaboration, financial awareness, research, analysis and decision-making.
- Assess student learning through a variety of formative and summative approaches and use assessment insights to inform teaching.
- Provide meaningful feedback that helps students reflect on their learning and identify areas for growth.
- Differentiate learning experiences to respond to varied student needs, abilities and interests.
- Collaborate with other teachers and teams to create interdisciplinary and meaningful learning experiences.
- Contribute actively to the academic and wider life of the school, including projects, events, exhibitions and student-led initiatives.
- Build positive and respectful relationships with students and contribute to a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
- Reflect regularly on teaching practice and actively seek opportunities for professional learning and growth.
What We Are Looking For

- A recognised teaching qualification or relevant teacher training is preferred.
- Prior experience teaching Business, Economics, Enterprise or related subjects at the Middle School level is preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative, reflective and growth-oriented approach to teaching.
- A genuine interest in working with adolescents and understanding their learning needs.
- Willingness to experiment with new approaches, learn continuously and contribute to a culture of innovation.
