Key Responsibilities
- Corporate Relations: Build and maintain relationships with HR professionals, recruitment agencies, and IT companies to generate job openings.
- Placement Drives: Coordinate and manage campus recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and virtual hiring events
- Candidate Matching: Evaluate student skills and align suitable candidate profiles with specific employer job requirements.
- Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate placement databases, track interview feedback, and prepare performance reports
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with academic and training teams to ensure students are fully prepared for the job market
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
