As a Senior QA Engineer, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and leadership teams across India and the Nordics to ensure the highest levels of product quality, reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
• Own quality throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and test planning to production releases, ensuring features are testable and meet quality standards.
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for functional, integration, regression, system, exploratory, API, database, and end-to-end testing.
• Build, maintain, and optimize scalable automation frameworks and test suites using Playwright, automating UI, API, and regression testing to improve coverage and reduce manual effort.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and continuously improve testing processes, automation coverage, and overall software quality.
• Perform API testing using Postman, Swagger, or equivalent tools, and validate application data, SQL queries, business logic, integrations, and end-to-end workflows.
• Identify, prioritize, track, and verify defects through resolution while supporting release validation, production verification, and post-release quality monitoring.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer teams throughout the SDLC, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimations, release activities, and mentoring junior QA engineers.
• Leverage AI-powered development and testing tools to improve test design, automation development, debugging, and overall testing efficiency.
What You Bring
• 6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with strong expertise in manual and automation testing of modern web applications.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, including building and maintaining automation frameworks and regression test suites.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, and experience with functional, integration, regression, system, API, database, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, or equivalent), SQL, and validating complex business logic, integrations, and cloud-based applications.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern QA best practices.
• Experience using AI-powered engineering tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, Codex, or similar to improve testing productivity and software quality.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). What Sets You Apart

• Experience mentoring QA engineers, driving quality initiatives, and embracing an AI-native engineering culture to accelerate testing, automation, and innovation.
