Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience in real estate marketing. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to generate quality leads, increase brand visibility, and support sales initiatives for our real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan & execute marketing campaigns (Digital + Offline)
- Generate leads through portals, social media & field marketing
- Coordinate with channel partners & brokers
- Manage project branding, hoardings, brochures & site marketing materials
- Handle social media pages & coordinate with digital agencies
- Organize promotional activities & site events
- Conduct competitor & market research
- Capture and document daily construction progress through photos and videos for marketing and project updates
- Track campaign performance and maintain lead reports
- Support sales team with marketing collaterals
Required Skills:
- Experience in Real Estate Marketing preferred
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing & lead generation platforms
- Field marketing & vendor coordination experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Target-oriented & self-motivated personality
Qualification:
- Graduate in Marketing / Business Administration / Relevant Field
- MBA (Marketing) preferred
