Job Title: Interior Supervisor
Experience Required: 1–3 Years (must have prior experience specifically as an Interior Supervisor)

Reports To: Project Manager / Senior Interior Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are looking for an Interior Supervisor with 1–3 years of hands-on site supervision experience in interior fit-out projects. The candidate should have basic working knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution processes, along with prior experience working specifically as an Interior Supervisor on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily interior site activities including carpentry, painting, false ceiling, flooring, and finishing works
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and design specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, painters, and other site workers
- Monitor material usage and raise indents for site requirements
- Track daily progress and report status to Project Manager
- Perform basic quality checks on ongoing work
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and discipline at the work site
- Assist in preparing snag lists before project handover
- Coordinate with vendors for material delivery and follow-ups
- Maintain daily site reports (DPR) and attendance records of workers
Requirements:
- Diploma/ITI/Degree in Interior Design, Civil, or related field (basic education acceptable if experience is strong)
- 1–3 years of experience, specifically working as an Interior Supervisor (not just any construction role)
- Basic knowledge of interior materials (plywood, laminates, paints, POP, flooring, etc.)
- Ability to read basic drawings/layouts
- Good communication and coordination skills with site workers and vendors
- Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp reporting, Excel is a plus)
Preferred:
- Experience working on residential or commercial interior projects
- Local site experience preferred for faster deployment
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
