Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources professional to manage and strengthen our people operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR administration, performance management, compliance, and workforce planning across multiple departments including design, project management, fabrication, production, administration, and site operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for office and project-based positions.
Source, screen, interview, and coordinate hiring of candidates.
Develop talent pipelines for designers, architects, project managers, engineers, fabricators, technicians, and support staff.
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues professionally.
Plan employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and team-building initiatives.
Support departmental managers in employee development and retention.
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
Prepare HR reports, employee contracts, appointment letters, and policy documents.
Ensure smooth onboarding and exit formalities.
Performance Management
Coordinate performance appraisal processes.
Support goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
Assist management in identifying training and skill development needs.
Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
Maintain HR policies, employee handbook, and workplace guidelines.
Coordinate with consultants regarding PF, ESIC, labor compliance, and payroll documentation.
Training & Development
Identify training requirements across departments.
Organize internal and external training programs.
Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA (HR) preferred.
3–8 years of HR experience.
Experience in project-based, manufacturing, event, exhibition, architecture, or construction industries will be an advantage.
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
