Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain company services clearly and professionally
- Follow up on leads and maintain call records
- Generate and qualify leads
- Handle customer inquiries and basic objections
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Requirements
- Good communication skills (Tamil/English preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Confident and persuasive speaking ability
- Ability to meet targets
- Prior telecalling experience is a plus

- Relevant experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage
