About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:
1. Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support new employee onboarding and assist with orientation sessions.
3. Help maintain employee records and ensure all documents are accurately filed.
4. Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement activities and training sessions.
5. Assist with payroll and benefits administration tasks as needed.
6. Provide general support to the HR department with day-to-day tasks.

Other requirements
1. Education: Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
2. Experience: Prior internship experience in HR is a plus, but not required.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
5. Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
7. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
