We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with strong communication skills and mandatory experience in cold calling. The ideal candidate should have a background in Sales, Marketing, BPO, or Business Development and be comfortable engaging with potential clients over calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling and outbound sales activities
- Identify and connect with potential clients to promote company services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Sales, BDE, Marketing, or BPO
- Mandatory experience in cold calling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates from BPO / Inside Sales / Telecalling background will be preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to do sales can also apply
- Candidates from Field Sales or Garment Sales background are not suitable for this role
