Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max)
- Manage and scale Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns
- Generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI/ROAS for clients
- Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and A/B testing
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
- Collaborate with designers and content teams to improve ad performance
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of campaign strategy, optimization, and scaling
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Proven track record of generating leads and achieving performance targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
- Agency experience will be preferred
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing multiple client accounts
- Knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
