Job Role
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, connecting with, and generating qualified business leads for our cloud, hosting, media, and digital marketing services. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth through strategic outbound and inbound lead generation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B leads for Hosting, Cloud Services, Media Services, and Digital Marketing solutions.
- Conduct outbound lead generation through cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and networking.
- Identify and research potential clients, decision-makers, and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP).
- Manage and update lead pipelines using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
- Qualify inbound leads from website inquiries, campaigns, webinars, and marketing activities.
- Build and maintain lead databases using tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments, demos, and follow-ups.
- Track outreach performance, response rates, and lead conversion metrics.
- Support marketing initiatives including webinars, campaigns, and content-driven lead nurturing.
- Stay updated on cloud technologies, hosting trends, and IT industry developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of proven experience in lead generation, preferably in Cloud Services, Hosting, IT Solutions, or Digital Marketing industries.
- Strong understanding of:
- Cloud Infrastructure
- VPS Hosting
- Dedicated Servers
- IaaS / SaaS solutions
- Experience using CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
- Strong expertise in:
- Cold emailing
- LinkedIn outreach
- Cold calling
- B2B lead generation strategies
- Knowledge of ICPs and buyer personas in the tech industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Research-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
