- Responsible of maintenance of Steer Make Omega 30 & 40 Extruders, S.M platek make TEK 58 Extruder, Coperion Make ZSK45 Extruder, High speed mixer, Maag die face cutter & Strand palletizer.
- Maintenance and Operation All type of Extruder, Molding & Mixer M/C.
- Conducting routine maintenance checks as Extruder, Molding & Mixer M/C.
- Responsible for process equipment Manufacturing, Installation, Commissioning procedures & Assist with installing new equipment and systems, ensuring correct assembly and function.
- Overseeing the planning of all mechanical maintenance activities, preventive, predictive, breakdown maintenance, project work, improvement and development of machine.
- Overall responsibility for Plant maintenance & planning of maintenance activities.
- Equipment Specificaion preparation & Keep detailed records of maintenance, repairs, parts used, and time spent.
- Preventive Maintenance Planning & Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures.
- Identify root causes of malfunctions in complex systems (motors, hydraulics, pneumatics) to minimize downtime.
- Perform regular maintenance on mechanical systems and machinery.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
