Job Summary
We are looking for a Field Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing and hiring candidates through on-ground activities such as job fairs, campus drives, and local outreach. The role involves direct interaction with candidates and coordination with hiring managers to fulfill recruitment needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field recruitment activities (job fairs, walk-ins, campus hiring)
- Source candidates through local networks, references, and offline channels
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar / entry-level roles
- Maintain recruitment reports and daily activity updates
- Build relationships with local institutes, training centers, and communities
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong networking and convincing ability
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
- Willingness to travel extensively
Qualifications
- Any Graduate / Diploma
- Experience in recruitment or field sales is a plus
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in bulk hiring or blue-collar recruitment
- Familiarity with local job markets
- Two-wheeler with a valid license (often required)
