Manage daily meal planning, preparation, and presentation for Students.
Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards (e.g., FSSAI compliance in India)
Oversee inventory management, raw material procurement, and minimize food wastage
Resolve Students complaints swiftly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction.
Prepare and manage the departmental budget, track daily expenses, and optimize operating costs.
Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate mess staff, chefs, and housekeeping personnel.
Min 5 years of proven experience in hotel management, or institutional hospitality.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
