- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop innovative approaches to address them.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Axway API Management Platform.
- Experience in designing and implementing API management solutions to support business integration needs.
- Strong knowledge of system integration concepts and middleware technologies.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with security protocols and best practices related to API management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
