Job description
HR Generalist experience in logistics, warehousing, and supply chain industries.
Experience in managing end-to-end HR operations for both corporate and blue-collar employees hiring.
Skilled in high-volume recruitment for warehouse staff, drivers, loaders, supervisors, and office employees.
Strong knowledge of employee onboarding, attendance, payroll inputs, leave management, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
Well-versed in labor laws, statutory compliance, employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
Experienced in coordinating with operations teams for manpower planning and workforce management.
Proficient in HRMS, MS Excel, and attendance management systems.
Capable of handling performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
Strong communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and team management skills.
Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year
