We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly Counter Staff for a leading travel agency in Ravipuram.
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer enquiries directly at the counter
- Assisting clients with flight ticket bookings and travel-related services
- Coordinating with customers through phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Providing accurate travel information and fare details
- Maintaining customer records and booking details
- Supporting daily office and front desk operations
- Ensuring professional customer service and communication
Requirements:
- Freshers or candidates with minimum 6 months experience in ticketing can apply
- Basic computer knowledge is required
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Preference for candidates residing near Ernakulam city
Location: Ravipuram, Ernakulam Salary: Starting from Rs.15,000 per month
