Summary:
As an Oracle Test Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the testing process for Oracle cloud solutions, Oracle Cloud management ensures that all products meet the highest quality standards before release. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and stakeholders, to develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans. Your expertise in cloud technologies and testing methodologies will be crucial in delivering reliable and high-performing solutions that meet our clients needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery Leadership
Lead end-to-end development and delivery of Oracle Cloud Applications testing (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.) in large-scale transformation programs.
Ensure that testing is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.
Lead the testing team, including scheduling and assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support as needed.
Ensure adherence to Accenture s delivery standards, coding best practices, and Oracle development guidelines.
2. Testing Strategy and Planning
Oracle Cloud environments knowledge on modern automation platforms like ACCELQ, Tosca, or TestEvolve to keep pace with quarterly updates and complex integrations.
Oversee testing of extensions, integrations, and customizations using Oracle PaaS, Visual Builder, and related tools.
Ensure compliance with Oracle Cloud architecture principles and security standards.
3. Integration & Validation
Design and implement integration testing between Oracle Cloud Applications and third-party systems using OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), REST/SOAP APIs.
Collaborate with enterprise architects to align testing solutions with overall system architecture.
4. Stakeholder & Client Engagement
Drive test metrics with stakeholders & clients
Provide testing guidance, design sessions, and solution walkthroughs.
Provide accurate test status reporting, quality metrics, and dashboards.
5. Innovation & Thought Leadership
Stay updated on Oracle Cloud roadmap, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Drive adoption of automation, DevOps, and AI-driven tools for faster and efficient delivery.
6. Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with data security, privacy regulations, and Oracle licensing policies.
Identify technical risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
Maintain audit readiness and documentation for all technical deliverables.
Identify testing risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks propose mitigation plans.
Professional & Technical Skills:
16 years of Oracle experience with 10+ years in Oracle Cloud development and integration with testing lead role for at least 5 years.
Designing & Implementing Automation framework & guide the team in testing Automation
Strong understanding of Oracle ERP/HCM/SCM technical architecture.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Well versed with Performance testing tools.
Strong experience on designing KPI, Testing dashboard metrics
Strong knowledge on modern automation platforms like ACCELQ, Tosca, or TestEvolve to keep pace with quarterly updates and complex integrations.
Strong knowledge on Oracle Cloud testing tools ACCELQ,Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS),
Oracle Flow Builder, Tricentis, Selenium, Leapwork, JIRA
Good to have Skill:
Experience in Agile/DevOps delivery models.
