About the Role
We are seeking a Probate Analyst to support end‑to‑end U.S. probate operations. This role involves document review, claimant onboarding, inventory management, reporting, and client coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, operational discipline, and expertise in Advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
Key Responsibilities
- Document Review: Validate probate documents such as Death Certificates, Court Orders, Heirship records, and Trust/Estate files.
- Deficiency Resolution: Identify missing documentation and coordinate follow‑ups.
- Claimant Onboarding: Maintain accurate claimant/case records in internal systems.
- Inventory Management: Track queues, aging reports, and workflow adherence to SLAs.
- Reporting: Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, productivity trackers, and deficiency reports.
- Client Coordination: Engage with U.S. stakeholders and local counsel for updates and issue resolution.
- Process Improvement: Support SOP maintenance, governance controls, and reporting automation.
- Cross‑Training: Participate in business continuity and knowledge‑sharing activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (commerce preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in MNC operations with client interaction and document processing.
- Preferred exposure to legal documentation review and U.S. probate operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and workflow coordination.
Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, Dashboards, Macros.
- SQL: Querying, joins, and data extraction.
- Power BI: Dashboard creation, KPI reporting, and visualization.
- Preferred: Familiarity with AI tools, Microsoft Copilot, Jira advanced functions, and Rovo agents.
