Key Responsibilities:
1. Filing cases, petitions, affidavits, and other documents in court.
2. Attending court hearings to note dates, next hearing schedules, or orders passed when required.
3. Collecting certified copies, orders, and judgments from the court.
4. Updating all case details, hearing dates, and case status in the company’s internal system.
5. Typing and filing dictated pleadings, vakalat and applications before the court.
6. Assist in preparing case briefs, collecting documents, and tracking progress of each case.
7. Managing correspondence, posting notices, submitting documents to offices and collecting documents from company & External advocates.
8. Informing clients about hearing dates and documents required.
9. Collecting documents or payments from clients when instructed by the advocate.
10. Administrative and Miscellaneous Tasks (Handling photocopying, scanning, and printing of legal papers).
11. Maintaining confidentiality of case information.
12. Draft, send and manage legal notices, replies, and official legal correspondence as per instructions.
13. Follow up with external advocates on ongoing matters and ensure timely updates and proper record maintenance.
14. Assist in coordinating with court staff and registry for procedural requirements.
15. Support in providing legal input to management and internal departments when required.
16. Support in monitoring changes in laws, rules, and regulations and updating management on potential impact.
17. Assist in internal investigations and help resolve legal issues arising from company operations.
18. Perform any other work assigned by Managing Director and team head time to time.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
