Job Title: AR Caller – Physician Billing
Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai
Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)
Transportation: One-way Cab (Drop Facility)
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month (Based on relevant experience and interview performance)
Job Summary
We are seeking experienced AR Callers – Physician Billing to join our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Physician Billing Accounts Receivable, insurance claim follow-up, denial management, and payment resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding outstanding claims.
- Handle denial management and payment follow-up.
- Review and analyze AR aging reports.
- Resolve claim rejections and payment discrepancies.
- Ensure timely reimbursement by reducing outstanding AR.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all account activities.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Physician Billing AR Calling (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Experience in insurance follow-up and denial management.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers are not eligible.
- Candidates with non-relevant experience are not eligible.
- Candidates must be willing to work permanent night shifts.
- Candidates must be willing to work from the Anna Nagar office.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
