Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand and social media strategies.
- Create content plans, campaign concepts, and content calendars.
- Write creative briefs, scripts, captions, and campaign messaging.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, influencers, and marketing teams.
- Plan and manage social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Track performance metrics and optimize content for engagement and conversions.
- Build and maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Brand Strategy, Social Media Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of content marketing and social media trends.
- Experience in fashion, D2C, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands is preferred.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Meta, Google, and influencer campaigns.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
