Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive HR Coordinator to manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes, employee engagement, and compliance within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and training programs
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies
- Support and manage performance appraisal and feedback systems
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
- Schedule and manage appointments for directors
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Address and resolve employee grievances and queries
HR coordinators typically support daily HR operations, maintain records, and ensure compliance with HR policies and processes across the organization
