XPRESS LABELS PVT. LTD., one of the rapidly growing manufacturers of labels and flexible packaging solutions, is looking for dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented professionals to be part of our expanding Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Administration: Process incoming sales orders,
- Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, provide product information, and swiftly resolve any issues.
- Lead & CRM Management: Distribute inbound leads to appropriate sales representatives, schedule meetings, and maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate weekly and monthly sales reports, track individual and team quotas, and assist with data analysis to optimize sales performance.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Liaise with marketing, logistics, finance, and product teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment on customer requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Organization & Multitasking: Ability to juggle multiple administrative tasks and customer requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate strategies and present proposals clearly.
- Tech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the MS Office Suite.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is typically preferred, though not always mandatory.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
