About the Role
We are looking for a creative, camera-friendly, and trend-aware Social Media Influencer / Content Creator to build engaging content and strengthen brand presence across digital platforms. The candidate should understand content trends, audience behavior, storytelling, and short-form content creation while maintaining brand alignment.
This role is suitable for someone who enjoys creating content, understands platform dynamics, and can turn ideas into content that attracts attention and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging short-form and long-form content for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Plan, shoot, and appear in videos when required
- Develop content ideas based on trends, audience interests, and brand goals
- Collaborate with design, video editing, and marketing teams for content execution
- Maintain a monthly content calendar and content pipeline
- Research competitor content, market trends, and emerging content formats
- Create educational, promotional, behind-the-scenes, and brand awareness content
- Write basic hooks, captions, and content briefs
- Track content performance and identify improvement opportunities using engagement insights
- Participate in campaigns, launches, podcasts, and promotional shoots
- Build organic audience engagement through consistent content execution
- Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and content planning
Requirements
- Experience creating content for social media (personal brand, freelance, agency, or company accounts)
- Comfortable speaking on camera and creating videos independently
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends
- Basic understanding of video editing and content production workflows
- Knowledge of audience psychology, retention hooks, and storytelling
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt content based on performance data
- Portfolio or sample content links required
- Freshers with skills or expertise are welcomed
Preferred Skills
- Experience with podcasts or interview-style content
- Understanding of content analytics and social growth
- Knowledge of AI tools for content ideation
- Experience in finance/business niche content
