The Gardener is responsible for maintaining gardens, lawns, plants, trees, and landscaped areas to ensure a clean, healthy, and attractive environment. The role includes planting, watering, pruning, fertilizing, and general upkeep of outdoor green spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain gardens, lawns, flower beds, and landscaped areas.
Water plants, trees, shrubs, and lawns as per schedule.
Plant flowers, trees, grass, and seasonal plants.
Prune, trim, and shape plants, hedges, and trees.
Remove weeds, dead plants, and garden waste.
Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and soil treatments safely when required.
Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment.
Monitor plant health and report diseases or pest infestations.
Ensure cleanliness of all garden and outdoor areas.
Assist in landscaping and beautification projects.
Maintain irrigation systems and report any repairs needed.
Follow workplace safety standards and environmental guidelines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
