Reporting To: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role involves identifying prospective clients through cold calling, converting leads into customers, handling B2B sales, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a passion for sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, market research, and lead generation.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Convert prospective leads into long-term business customers.
- Build a strong sales pipeline to ensure continuous business growth.
2. B2B Sales Management
- Manage and develop relationships with B2B clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product information.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
3. Client Relationship & Retention
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Regularly follow up with clients to understand their requirements and address concerns.
- Improve customer retention by providing excellent after-sales service.
- Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for prompt solutions.
4. Sales & Market Activities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
- Monitor competitors' products, pricing, and market strategies.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings when required.
- Promote company products and strengthen the company's market presence.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up status.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Update customer databases and sales records in the company's ERP/CRM system.
- Submit sales forecasts and business development reports to the reporting manager.
6. Coordination
- Work closely with the Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Coordinate with management regarding customer feedback, market intelligence, and business opportunities.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or B2B Marketing.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales may also apply.

- Experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.
- Ability to generate business through cold calling and field visits.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
- Positive attitude with a results-oriented mindset.

Working Conditions
- Office-based with regular field visits to customers.
- Travel may be required based on business requirements.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
