About the Role
We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Stock Market Faculty / Trainer to educate and mentor students in stock market trading, investing, and financial market analysis. The ideal candidate should possess strong market expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex financial concepts into practical learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and online training sessions on stock market concepts.
- Teach subjects including:
- Equity Markets
- Technical Analysis
- Fundamental Analysis
- Futures & Options (F&O)
- Commodity & Currency Markets
- Risk Management
- Portfolio Management
- Trading Psychology
- Develop training materials, presentations, assignments, and study resources.
- Conduct live market analysis and practical trading demonstrations.
- Guide and mentor students regarding trading and investment strategies.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with market trends, financial regulations, and investment products.
- Contribute to curriculum development and course enhancement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- NISM, NCFM, NSE Academy Certifications preferred.
- Additional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- Experience in stock market trading, investing, or financial market training.
- Prior teaching or training experience is preferred.
- Practical exposure to equity, derivatives, and technical analysis.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Indian and global financial markets.
- Expertise in technical and fundamental analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Proficiency in trading platforms and market analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
