To supervise all administration, operations, Sales and OP services activities in the hospital
who will work closely with the management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, staff accountability, process implementation and organizational growth.

Manage the facility P&L, eliminate variable cost leaks, and achieve sales targets for elective procedures and health packages.
Licensing and Compliance matters direct the 90 - day renewal pipeline for all municipal, fire, radiation and pollution licenses.
Performance Reviews: Execute structured performance appraisals for doctors (quarterly), nursing staff (bi-annual), and administrative teams (monthly).
Patient Safety measures like monitor safety dashboards, investigate incidents using Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and update SOPs.
Electronic Health Record (EHR), Metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), P&L stands for profit and loss parameters
The role requires a person who can build systems, follow up relentlessly, coordinate multiple departments, solve operational issues, supervise teams and maintain discipline
Candidate will significantly reduce the day-to-day operational burden on the management
Interface to front office and billing teams for provide smooth operations in to the hospital
Prepare the duty roster and utilization of manpower resources including third-party service
Ensure hospital management standards or protocols are met maintained and reviewed
Investigate all complaints regarding patient care and report to the hospital management
Reporting daily, weekly and monthly wise data patients & sales analysis to your hierarchy.
Profile Requirements:
MBA in Hospital Management with 6-10 years of experience as Hospital Manager/Admin
Should have relevant work experience on Administration & Operations activities in hospital
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to manage and train the new staff
Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision with the organizational skills
Proficient in using MS Office applications and other hospital relevant software applications
Higher levels of administration services in health care or else hospitals related exposure.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
