Job Title: Territory Sales Incharge – FMCG

Job Summary:
The Sales Staff is responsible for promoting and selling FMCG products to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors, achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail outlets daily and take product orders
- Promote company FMCG products(Chocolates & Jellies) and schemes to retailers
- Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and availability at outlets
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Collect payments as per company policy and follow up on outstanding dues
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily/weekly reports
- Coordinate with teams for timely delivery
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good customer relationship management
- Basic knowledge of FMCG sales and market dynamics
- Familiarity with mobile apps or basic sales reporting tools
Qualifications:
- Minimum: SSC / Plus Two / Any Degree preferred
- Experience: 6Months–1 years in FMCG sales
Other Requirements:
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
