We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products or services and answer customer inquiries.
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team, if required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
- Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is an advantage).
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kochi, Kerala (Kochi)
