Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and individual customers.
- Generate new business through corporate tie-ups, events, and group bookings.
- Promote restaurant offers, memberships, and event packages.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure excellent guest service.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare sales reports.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or event management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident, presentable, and customer-focused.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
