Experience
3-5 years experience in sales coordination, project coordination, credit control, collections, or customer support preferred.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work systematically.
Key Responsibilities
1. Enquiry & Proposal Coordination
- Receive and register customer enquiries.
- Coordinate with estimation, engineering, procurement, and project teams for inputs.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, techno-commercial offers, and tender documents.
- Maintain enquiry and quotation status trackers.
2. Customer Communication
- Act as a point of contact between clients and internal departments.
- Follow up with customers for quotation status, clarifications, and purchase orders.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and customer visits.
- Handle customer correspondence professionally.
3. Tender & Documentation Support
- Assist in preparation and submission of tender documents.
- Maintain records of:
- RFQs
- Purchase Orders
- Agreements
- Client approvals
- Technical submittals
- Ensure all sales documents are updated and properly filed.
4. Order Processing & Coordination
- Process customer purchase orders internally.
- Coordinate order handover to project execution teams.
- Ensure proper communication of project scope, timelines, and commitments.
- Track order progress and update customers periodically.
5. MIS & Reporting
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Maintain sales pipeline and order booking data.
- Update CRM or ERP systems.
- Generate reports related to sales targets, pending enquiries, and project status.
6. Commercial Coordination
- Coordinate with finance for:
- Proforma invoices
- Payment follow-ups
- Outstanding collections
- Monitor contract terms and delivery schedules.
7. Internal Coordination
- Liaise with:
- Estimation Team
- Design/Engineering
- Procurement
- Project Execution
- Accounts
- Ensure timely flow of information among departments.
8. Vendor & Logistics Support (if applicable)
- Coordinate dispatch schedules and shipment updates.
- Support material delivery tracking and documentation.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
