Position Summary:
This is a full-time role for a MEP BIM Engineer. As a MEP BIM Engineer, working independently on MEP & BIM projects for our international clients in Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail & Institutional Sectors. You will coordinate with the clients, architects, and teams. You will work closely with the team members, with the latest technology and industry developments. You will also responsible for delivering high-quality MEP Modeling, Construction Documents and Coordination services to the clients.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:
As a part of a healthy team environment, you are expected to independently work on end-to-end target delivery which includes –
Need to understand various aspects of building services including HVAC, Mechanical Pipework for heating & domestic water supplies, gases, and drainage systems and its various detailing requirements.
To work with the team and deliver the MEP Design Documentation projects within time and with desired quality.
Preparation of detailed drawings/ design including extraction of Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
Working on BIM (Building Information Modelling) tools such as AutoCAD,Revit etc.
Independently communication with clients in written and spoken English
Ability to create detailed MEP Drawings or Models using Autocad. Ability to understand various MEP drawings / Plans / Sections.
Should have sound knowledge of various key skills like Excellent communication and the ability to maintain meeting notes.
Ability to deliver work on time, be self-driven and be proactive Updated with the latest trends and technologies in the market
Candidate profile:
Only BE Mech/BE Electrical with Minimum 1 -2 years of experience in the AEC/ MEP
industry.
Hand on Experience of having worked on AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks etc. .
Sound knowledge in Design Management.
Must have a working understanding of Architecture & Structure, so as to interact with other disciplines and prepare design solutions.
Candidates are preferred from Thane, Mumbai Suburban and Navi Mumbai location only.
Immediate Candidates will be preferable.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
