- Manage and supervise complete factory/plant operations.
- Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Ensure production is completed as per quality, quantity, and dispatch timelines.
- Manage manpower, shifts, attendance, productivity, and worker allocation.
- Monitor raw material availability, consumption, wastage, and inventory.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Quality, Warehouse, Sales, and Dispatch teams.
- Maintain and improve production efficiency and minimize wastage.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Monitor machinery and coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Track production MIS, productivity reports, wastage, yield, and other operational KPIs.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, workplace discipline, and factory safety.
- Handle labour-related issues and maintain a productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and factory requirements.
- Drive cost control, productivity improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Lead and motivate the factory team to achieve business objectives.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
