Key Responsibilities
· Handle and qualify inbound and outbound leads received through various marketing channels.
· Conduct lead pickup and follow-up activities to convert prospects into sales opportunities.
· Execute cold calling campaigns to identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
· Plan and manage email marketing campaigns for lead generation and nurturing.
· Utilize LinkedIn for prospect research, outreach, and lead generation campaigns.
· Build and maintain a database of potential clients and decision-makers.
· Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and lead conversion.
· Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and lead generation metrics.
· Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM tools.
Requirements
· 2–3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development or Inside Sales within the IT industry.
· Proven experience in cold calling, email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Experience in handling inbound leads and lead qualification processes.
· Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
· Ability to work independently and achieve lead generation targets.
· Strong research and prospecting skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
