Job Description: Executive – Sales Coordination

Position Summary:
The Executive – Sales Coordination is responsible for supporting the sales and business development functions by managing customer quotations, coordinating order processing, maintaining client communication, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal departments. The role is critical in enhancing customer satisfaction, improving operational efficiency, and providing accurate sales data and reporting to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pricing & Quotation Management:
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely quotations based on customer requirements and company pricing policies.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and management teams to obtain necessary approvals for special pricing and commercial terms.
- Maintain updated pricing records and ensure consistency across all customer communications.
- Support profitability objectives by ensuring competitive and commercially viable pricing.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers regarding quotations, orders, delivery schedules, and general sales inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Respond promptly to customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and support retention initiatives.
3. Order Management & Fulfilment Coordination:
- Manage the complete order lifecycle from order receipt to delivery.
- Coordinate with production, planning, logistics, dispatch, and warehouse teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
- Track order progress and proactively address delays, shortages, or operational issues.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal order processing procedures.
4. Sales Support & Coordination:
- Provide operational support to the sales team for day-to-day activities.
- Assist with inventory availability checks, pricing clarifications, and customer order status updates.
- Support business development initiatives by ensuring smooth execution of sales processes.
- Facilitate effective communication between sales personnel and internal departments.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, finance, operations, logistics, and customer service teams to align sales activities with business objectives.
- Coordinate internal resources to enhance customer experience and improve process efficiency.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and support implementation of best practices.
6. Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, customer information, quotations, and order data.
- Generate periodic sales reports, order summaries, pipeline updates, and performance dashboards.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure data accuracy to support forecasting, planning, and management decision-making.
Qualifications & ExperienceEducation:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, Customer Service, Commercial Operations, or a similar role.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, chemicals, packaging, or B2B sales environments is preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
