· Provide on-site training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of welding equipment.
· Perform thorough testing and calibration to ensure equipment is functioning to specifications.
· Serves customers by providing products and resolving product and services problem.
· Try to solve customer problems regarding the product.
· Ensure proper maintenance of onsite equipment
· Prepared potential customer by answering products and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
· Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
· Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding troubleshooting, maintenance, and safe operation of welding machines.
· Support customers through technical and administrative activities.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
