Job Description: Accountants – Accounts Manager / Accounts Executive

Role Overview
The Manager – Accounts / Accounts Executive will oversee accounting operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and lead a team to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally and other accounting tools.
- Supervise and guide the team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle GST, Income Tax, and ROC filings with precision and compliance.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliations.
- Ensure timely compliance with statutory deadlines and reporting requirements.
- Provide strategic inputs to management on financial planning and process improvements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience in accounting and compliance.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Tally and accounting principles.
- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and ROC compliance.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team-handling capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
