- Strategic Account Management: Own and manage assigned client accounts end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business objectives, brand goals, and long-term growth strategies.
- Client Liaison & Relationship Building: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, trust-based relationships through regular communication, proactive updates, and effective expectation management.
- Strategic Problem-Solving & Crisis Handling: Identify potential risks or challenges early and handle escalations or crisis situations with a calm, solution-oriented approach while safeguarding client relationships and brand reputation.
- Translating Client Briefs into Actionable Internal Directions: Interpret client requirements and convert briefs into clear, actionable tasks for internal teams, ensuring accurate understanding, timelines, and deliverables.
- Evaluating Scope vs. Delivery Across Assigned Brands: Continuously assess project scope against deliverables to ensure efficient resource utilization, timely execution, and adherence to agreed budgets and commitments.
- Conducting Strategic Audits of Brand Performance & Output: Review ongoing brand performance, content quality, and campaign outcomes to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
- Collaborating to Create Insight-Led Content Calendars: Work closely with content, design, and performance teams to develop data-backed, insight-driven content calendars aligned with brand objectives and audience behavior.
- Leading & Mentoring the Social Media Team: Guide, support, and mentor account executives and team members, ensuring clarity in roles, accountability, and continuous skill development.
- Tracking Deliverables, Checklists & Seasonal Opportunities: Monitor all deliverables, open action items, and timelines while proactively planning for key festivals, launches, and seasonal opportunities.
- Preparing Performance Reports & Client Discussions: Compile detailed performance reports, analyze key metrics, and present actionable insights to clients during review meetings.
- Competitor & Category Analysis: Conduct regular competitor and industry analysis to extract insights, trends, and benchmarks that can strengthen brand strategy.
- Ownership of Brand Campaigns & Product Launches: Take complete ownership of planning, execution, and monitoring of brand campaigns and product launches across platforms.
